IMPORTANT! READ BEFORE BOOKING

1. Lesson are available for anyone above the age of 14. Although children under the age of 14 can benefit from online lessons too, I believe they need a lot more interaction and supervision that is limited through video lessons. For this reason, online lessons are not available for children under 14.
   
2. What levels and difficulty? These lessons work best with complete beginners, beginners and intermediate students. I am more than happy to help advanced (Grade 8) students too but the subtle nuances required for that level might not be well transmitted through video.
   
3. Essential Equipment: you must have a piano or keyboard for the lesson and a good quality camera that you can position in a way that your hands and the entire keyboard is visible. Most modern phones will satisfy these requirements. A tripod or stand will help to position the camera or phone. You MUST also have a fast and reliable internet connection. Slow internet speeds can result in bad sound and clipping which makes the lessons less enjoyable.
   
4. BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR FIRST LESSON: Please get in touch through the contact form to tell me about yourself, your piano level, your goals and the books you wish to use. Discussing these before the lesson will make it easier for things to go smoothly. If you have already had lessons with me before, you can book without contacting me first.
   • 3 Months Commitment Lessons: Since these lessons can’t be refunded if you change your mind, it is advised to book a single no commitment lesson to trial the session and decide whether it’s a good fit.
   
5. BOOKING: available slots are shown for a two week period, if you want to book for a later date, you need to return to the website two weeks before your preferred date.
   
6. PAYMENT: payments have to be made at the time of booking through PayPal or select ‘Pay in Person’ if you already pre-paid a 12-week block.
   
7. RESCHEDULES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
   • No Commiment lessons: You can cancel or reschedule any booking 24 hours before your scheduled time. There will be no cancellation fee and you will be refunded automatically. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booked time slot, there will be no refunds. You can’t reschedule lessons less than 24 hours before your booked time slot.
   
   • 3 Months Commitment lessons: You can reschedule lessons up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. You MUST use up all 12 lessons within 3 months from the date of payment. If you miss or cancel any lessons less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, there are no refunds and re reschedules.
